The Brunswick

The Brunswick Apartments are 250 units located in the heart of New Brunswick, NJ. The property management team is focused on activating this under-utilized parking lot area while engaging the adjacent restaurants and adding massive value to the neighborhood at large.

The project scope entails converting 10 parking spaces to an outdoor destination with a variety of activities including 1) Cooking/ dining, 2) Active games, 3) Quiet areas for relaxation all while introducing best management practices through green infrastructure and low impact design.
