Old Quaker Apartments

Nestled in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, PA this historic building turned multifamily needed an upgraded common area for residents to relax and entertain. We added a grille station, new pavers, fun & inviting seating, low maintenance landscape, fire pit, and pathway lighting to illuminate this multipurpose urban courtyard.
